it's floating around the rumor mill of concert promoters, and some websites actually have the tickets already on sale. Which are fake tickets, they are just putting them up, and will get them out if the show does happen.
But 9/16/2009... at East Ky Expo... rumor is that JOURNEY will be stopping in.
